Can't find my dining reservation online

I made it over the phone and when I try to link up my reservation online it can't be found. When I call in and give them my confirmation number they were able to find it and I verified the phone number also. It's for ohanas and I like seeing them online. Anyone else have this issue. I'm just worried when I get there they won't be able to find it.

You can try going through the old website to see if you can see it. That worked for me when I had three messed up ADR's last February.

To get to the old website -
1. go to the Disney website and log in
https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/
2. then go to My Disney Experience and click on Free Customized maps
3. you will be at the old website - in the upper line you will see a choice that says My Reservations
click on that and you should see your resort reservation and a list of all your ADR's

(don't click on My Disney Vacation - it will just take you to the new site)

I did not have any trouble linking my Tusker House ADR with my confirmation code to my vacation this morning on the new site. But I was playing around a little bit later and noticed that my balance still due stopped being able to load.

Friday when I booked my vacation package, I never could get the site to work right and had to call to book. That thing is so glitchy

I see my other reservations but still not the one for ohanas. This makes me feel like it was not made right. Looks like I will have to call them again and reverify the confirmation number. Thanks though! I liked the old site much better!

Well 3 phone calls later and it's fixed. The had all my info messed up in their system! Glad I pursued it!

It says "We are currently experiencing problems displaying reservations. Apologies for any inconvenience.". Been that way since the last couple days.

You're not alone, I've been getting the same message for about a week now. I have all my email conf numbers though
