Can't edit my Location

Hi all, any help. I can't seem to edit where I live since I moved.


I get this errorr

"You did not enter the correct format for the Bot Check field. Please read the field description for the expected format."

Been searching the forms but cannot find an anwer. Probably something simple I cannot figure out.
