Can't Do Anything on DVC Member Website

I have a January HHI reservation that I need to change date. I have been trying to log onto the DVC member website for the last week. I can log in and get to the screen that shows that my reservation is in 133 days. When I try to do anything else - "View/Modify Reservation" or look up availability - it takes me back to the log in screen. I have tried different browsers - chrome, firefox, edge - in normal and private modes. Nothing works.

Anyone else having this problem? Any solutions?
 
I had EXACTLY the same problem for a couple weeks. I finally gave in and called DVC last week. She suggested the usual remedies and it still didn't work. I tried it the other day and it worked perfectly. I was finally able to schedule Magical Express for our October trip about an hour ago. I wish I could tell you what worked but I have no clue. I believe it is definitely on their end. Totally frustrating!
