Going to Florida for a week and a half going to spend 4 days at Disney and 2 days at universal. It's an adult only trip with my best friend! I can't decide where to stay and need your help. I got the pin code with 30% off deluxe. My choices are pofq- 1483 pop century-just for the price-1299, yacht club- 1883, beach club-1502, Boardwalk-1874, and Coronado- 1434, or old key west-1737. We have only stayed at POR and want something new. Thanks for any advice that you can give me! The price includes 2 day park hoppers with the meal plan.

WOW! With your pin you can get Beach club for only 19 dollars more than POFrenchQuarter. Do it! Get the Beach Club! LAZY RIVER pool! Walk to EPCOT!

Definitely beach club. I would definitely want to be closest to Epcot. You can go and eat and drink around the world and it's walking distance!

Beach Club, without any doubt. Assuming you have a standard view room for that price, I would decide on what I want in a room. Do you want a room that is ready for early arrival, with as nice a view as possible, is a full balcony important or will small standing only balcony suffice, is near the lobby important or would you like to be as close as possible to Epcot? Personally, I would look for convenience in a standard room. I typically request near the lobby and bus stop or near the walkway to Epcot. depending upon the time of year, I might request a full balcony. If the weather is likely to be too hot or cold to use it, I forget about the balcony size and go for other requests that will be more important to me. If I am arriving early with little sleep, I make early checkin my only request.

I suggest that you take a look at the Yaht and beach Club thread and look t the first posts that show a lot of information about the BC. That will get you started on what types of requests would be best for your trip.

Congratulations on finding such a good rate at the BC!

Enjoy!

Ok I'm an idiot, when I was writing down the prices from online, I wrote the cost for Caribbean beach under beach club.... I was kinda bumbed. I called and it would have been 2017, still not bad but we went with old key west.

Ohhhh.....bummer. In that case, I would have picked POFQ

Sorry...for the corrected prices?

Yacht club or Boardwalk...very little thought needed

But I must say...those prices are high - do they include tickets?

With the corrected prices, I would go with CSR. Very little more $$ than Pop and has lots of great amenities and, IMO, good bus service.

Yeah I was bummed at my mistake. We chose old key west but we may change it. Question we are going to be there for 4 days will we have 1 quick service one snack and one dinner credit for each day?

And the meal plan

You'll get one table service (sit down) credit and one counter service (fast food) per person per day at any level above value hotels.

A word of advice...if you are not a frequent traveler to wdw...yacht and Boardwalk are going to be alot more convenient than old key west.

Well worth $100 difference in my opinion. Old key west is great...but the location is not as convenient as the Epcot hotels. Old key and Saratoga have much more of a "timeshare" feel to them than the non DVC designed sites.
