Please don't stone me! I know I keep asking your opinion, but I am so confused and undecided I really need your help. This is the last time, I swear!(Just ignore the crossed fingers, ok?)

What sounds better for a quick July 2- July 5 vacation? We plan on doing MK on the 3rd, Epcot on the 4th. It is just my dad and I going. What sounds most fun and the least stressful? Keep in mind that all 3 trips will cost roughly the same.

I said the last 2 nights at the Contemporary because it would be great to watch the fireworks from.

I said 3 nights at the Dolphin because I wouldnt want to switch resorts on that short of a trip. The Dolphin is a great luxury hotel and you can usually get a good deal. You can't beat the location.

I picked Dolphin for the same reasons. Too short of a trip to move around. And you can't beat the location!

I voted for Dolphin because, like others have said, you don't want to switch resorts on a 3 day trip. You'll have easy access to the Epcot area and a bus ride to MK. :)

I voted for first night at ASMo, last 2 nights at the Contemporary because if you have the chance to stay at the Contemporary you should take advantage of it.

I vote for staying at the Dolphin the entire time. A split stay is crazy for such a short trip. Also, since your last night will be at Epcot, staying at the Dolphin will make your evening much less stressful! :thumbsup2 You can enjoy the park 'till closing and have plenty of time to pack when you get back.

I said something else - I'd try to find a regular disney restor for the full 3 nights. Switching hotels on a 3 night stay is going to be more hassle than it's worth.

For a short stay I would not want to change rooms, let alone resorts. But that's just me. :confused3

I couldn't agree more! We actually stayed at the Contemporary for the 4th of July a few years ago. What an experience! We watched the fire works out in the parking lot with a bunch of others who didn't want to brave the crowds in the park and we still had an excellent view.

i agree. Except i think a 3 night trip is WAY too short for switching resorts. So I would go all three nights at Contemporary!

I understand why many wouldn't want to switch resorts, but it is not a big deal to me. We went down for a 3 night stay last year for Star Wars weekend, and spent 2 nights at BCV, and the last night at the Poly. MK was open until 2 am on our last night, which is why we chose to move to the Poly. I voted for you to spend two nights at your moderate, and then the last night at Beach Club. If you plan to spend the the 4th at Epcot, the BC would be such a convenient place to stay. I guess using that theory, all three nights at the Swan/Dolphin would also make sense, but the BC is the closest to Epcot you can get.

I voted Dolphin because changing resorts sounds nice in theory but is a pain in the buttinski during the trip.

I wouldn't change resorts for that short of a trip. I voted for "something else". I would stay at the WL. It's our favorite resort.

Unless your staying Club level with MK view, I would go for 3 days at 1 resort.

Like others have posted, too short of a trip for switching, and we are not split stay fans, like to settle in and relax till we leave. I'd pick a resort, whether it be CR or Dolphin and stay for all 3 days.
