Can't decide! Which week to go???

So I am planning a trip for four adults next Oct. 2008, and I cannot decide which week to go!
I have to choose between:
Oct. 4th - 11th (Holiday on the 13th, so want to be out of there by then)
Oct. 18th - 25th
Oct. 25th - Nov. 1st (don't know if everything will be too busy because of Halloween??)

I can't decide when to go? I know I'm probably making this more difficult than it is, but I want to pick the best time when it won't be too crowded, when it's still warm enough to go swimming and to BB, but not too hot for the other parks. I also received a pin code for 20% off my room for the dates of Oct. 19th - Nov. 1st. So if we go the 18th - 25th, I have to make 2 separate reservations and risk the chance of having to move rooms after one day. If we go the 25th - 1st, I wouldn't have to worry about that, but I don't know how busy it will be around Halloween. And I also don't want to go when they cut down the park hours a lot. The 20% discount won't make that much of a difference since we'll be staying at POP, so that's not my determining factor. I just can't decide :confused3 Some experts out there, please help :headache:

We've gone in October 3 times...my favorite time to go! I don't think you can go wrong whichever you pick. It should be warm enough for the pools/BB and the parks too I'd go with the 18-25 just to avoid the Holiday and actual Halloween. Have fun!

We have been the last week in Oct and first week of Nov many times. It is by far my favorite. It is busier the weekend of Halloween, but other than that we have never experienced any wait over a few minutes. By far my favorite time. Dying because my oldest is now in middle school and we can't take her out of school for those trips anymore. We have to settle for spring break. It will be hard to switch.

This thread interests me as these will be the potential weeks that we go next year. Right now, I think we are leaning towards the last week. When we went in October of 2005 for our honeymoon, we found the crowds to be not bad at all. But I'm hearing on other threads that the last couple of years during October have been particularly busy at Disney. No doubt to extreme marketing- I'm seeing commercials advertising affordable trips to WDW at least 5 times a night.

I am heading down on Friday for an 8 night stay. I will post about the crowds when I get home.
