Can't decide dates.....

We're planning on heading down at the end of October this year. From what I've seen in the past, IASW is open until a week and a half or so before Halloween. My kids are huge IASW fans, so we're trying to decide between our original week (Oct 22 until Oct 29), or if we want to go when IASW COULD be open (Oct 15 until Oct 22). The reason we were hoping to be there for the 22nd until 29th is simply because it's directly between our girls' birthdays. Which brings me to the point of this post. Are the crowds the same or similar typically? The hotel rates and flight costs are the same. We're hoping to book within the next week or so. Thanks!

The week closer to Halloween will be more busy but not to the point where i would change my dates. I would choose the week that fit better for you and not really worry to deeply about the crowds, especially with what seems by your dates to be a good length of stay..Just my opinion though

It's kind of funny trying to decide only because of a ride lol, but considering how much my girls enjoyed it last time, I guess makes it entirely worth it! Thanks for the input!

I don't think it's silly. We have only been to DL once and IASW was closed (it was first week of November) so now that we are planning for next October we want to make sure it will be open. I'd go the week it's open since crowds should be similar.
