Both the Magic Bullet & Ninja Master Prep are going for the same price at Bed Bath & Beyond, and I cannot decide which one is better.

Do any of you have either one? Which would you recommend?

Of all the life-changing decisions we have to make, and this minor one is the one that is driving me nuts.

Appreciate any help you guys can give.

I haven't used either one, but last year my DGD (10 at the time) who loves to cook, make smoothies, etc., was literally begging for the Magic Bullet.. Well - she got it - and uses it several times a week.. Seems to clean up nice and easy - doesn't take up a lot of space - etc.. So - at least in her estimation, it's the best thing since slice bread.. LOL..

:santa:

I have both and the Ninja is the best. It kicks the magic bullet's behind. Makes the smoothies so smooth and purees beautifully.

St. Nick brought me the Ninja this year! I like using it. So far, I have made salsa, some smoothies, ice cream and guacamole. Everything turned out really yummy. I guess St.Nick found it at Sam's Club for $50....

Thank you for the reviews. I couldn't see any comparisons via Google, so thought I'd come to the CB and ask. :)

I was thinking of getting this too, thanks for the info!:thumbsup2

QVC sold the Ninja Master Prep (which I bought and will give to DD for Christmas) so you can read the reviews of this product on their website.:)

So, what else can you do with the Ninja Master? It appears Magic Bullet does so much more, where the Ninja Master just makes smoothies. Do they actually both do pretty much all the same stuff? I have a Ninja on backorder from QVC, but if the Magic Bullet is more versatile...

You can make anything with the ninja. I have made snow cones, ice cream, salsa, deviled egg filling, smoothies, pureed tomatoes, chocolate mousse and many other things. I whipped eggs for waffles this morning. I got mine from QVC too.

Thank you! I'm holding out for the silver one, and it's been out of stock since some time during the day it was the Today's Special. I may see about switching to the blue one...

I have the silver. BTW I saw the silver in BJs last week. They had like 2 silvers and a lot of blue.

They both sound like they are good. I wonder which is better for chopping up vegetables without turning them into mush. I already have an ice shaver (which works great), so the slushy drinks don't really interest me as much as making salsa, chicken salad, etc.
