Can't customize magic bands?

So, I hope this makes sense... I booked July 3-7 at AOA resort and had to cancel because we decided we didn't want the dining plan. I re-booked without dining, and now our magic bands from 2014 are there and say "active" with no option to customize new ones.... Clearly I can't use the ones from 2014.. they are long gone.. no clue where they are.. and my daughter is old enough that she should get one.

FWIW I have every single one of my MBs, so old ones *could* be used.

And everyone on the reservation gets one. Age doesn't matter.

Before going through the pain of calling, try a different web browser, and clearing cookies. (I assume you are going to MDE, then "MagicBands and Cards." There should be the list of your old ones, by family member, but at top the pending resort reservation called "Your Orders." Is Your Orders there at all? (When I don't have a pending trip, it doesn't show up at all - just the list of our names with our cards and MBs.)

Did you book directly with Disney online, and does that (the 2nd, current) resort reservation show up on MDE?)

This happened to me when I booked an upcoming trip. The only MBs listed were our old ones. I called and they had the IT department work some magic while I was still on the phone and then the link to customized the new bands finally appeared.

It is not there at all. I called and they said that the IT department is working on it. That was a couple of hours ago. Nothing yet.

I called a few hours ago and they said that the IT department was working on it and that I should receive an email with a link. I asked if he knew when this would happen and he said that they were very busy.. but today.
