Cant check my ressie online !! :(

Hi my name is Jorge Lomeli im from Monterrey Mexico, last saturday i booked a package for december 25th , 2 rooms plus 7 tickets on POp century disney. i put 400 dollars deposit

The Cm gave me the confirmation number. But everytime i try to check it online, at disneyworld dot com, the only message i got is : "Sorry, you must enter your Confirmation Number and the phone number you used when making your reservation"

I already called 4 times to CRO and every CM told me the same " your info is correct, your phone number is correct, your confirmation number is correct, we cant do anythng else"

And ALL I WANT is to check my reservation online!!!..... Should i cancell my actual res and rebook again??

Anyone having the same problem???

You can only look at your reservation online currently if you are a US or Canadian resident...sorry.

If i call back to CRO and changed my address to my grandpha´s house in texas, will i be able to check it online????

i didnt know the country matters on ressies.

It is a ten digit number...... but is a "mexican" 10 digit number... do that matters????

I booked my reservation through CRO and is able to check it on line. I think the computer knows that 01 is out of the country number and maybe that's why it is not working.

But several friends did it through CRO also, and they CAN check it online, and i can´t.

im worried because CRO do not send a written confirmation to mexico only US and canada. not even a simple e-mail!!! and i want to print my reservation......Just in case i need it.

As long as the CRO has your reservation in their system, the resort will also have you in their system as well. There are a few times when I forgot to bring my confimation or the comfirmation will not get to me in time to bring to disney, as long as I have the confirmation number then I am okay. And the CMs at the resorts didn't give me any problems, I just have to show them my IDs. But I know what you mean. Just for peace of mind, it's good to have one.

Hey Jorge, nice last name. I say that because it is the same as the one on my birth certificate.


Anyways we here in SoCal did not get anything other than a confirmation number until after we paid in full(for my parents package). We paid on the 45 day mark and print out arrived about 5 days later. And Magical Express tags arrived at the 3 week mark.

I am sure Disney will send you everything you need in the mail, but dont expect it for a good while, on a trip that you booked Saturday.

Sorry, if you booked thru a TA, you can not look up your reservation on line. (That's the only disadvantage I can think of to using a travel agency.)

If you have your confirmation number, that should be all you need, plus lots and lots of cash!! Enjoy your trip.

I´ve finally been able to check my ressie online!!!!

What did i Do?????????

I went to this page : https://secure.disney.go.com/wdw/contact/contactUs
and wrote all my problem and after 2 days, i got an email from them telling me to check my reservation again, and it works now!!!!

So to all the people having the same problem like me, I suggest NOT bothering CM´s at CRO because they cant do nothing.....instead go to the web page above, and send an email to disney´s technicians. THEY CAN HELP YOU

By the way: all my info online appears EXACTLY the same..... because i heard some people having problems online, not having the correct information.

Now all i have to do, is wait.... 5 months to get to the Happiest celebration on earth !!!!!

click on My Disney Vacation, up towards the top right of the disney world home page. You can then check it from there. You may need to register on the site first.
