Can't Check In

I've paid in pull and already booked our activities, but the site keeps glitching when I try to check in. It lets me enter 3 to 4 full pages worth of data, then sends me right back to the first screen as if nothing had ever been filled in. I'm not doing anything wrong- this must be a website glitch. So annoying!

Do you have a popup blocker running? If so disable it for the DCL site.

Clear cache & cookies for the DCL site, or try a different browser. DCL's website is always giving me problems.

I've had this issue a couple of times (with different cruises.) Last time, I had to create a "fake" online account, link the reservation and then was able to check in fine. So annoying that Disney has not addressed this issue yet.

This! I had an insanely hard time checking in AND booking activities!
Reserving one half hour slot in the nursery literally took 10 minutes!
