Can't Cancel a Reservation

I'm trying to cancel a reservation so that I can bank the points into next use year. I get to the screen that where I can cancel but after I do it, I get the "7 Dwarves" screen. Is anyone else having trouble?

Your best bet would be to call if you can't get it to work online.

If this is for VGC, try modifying your reservation and type your email back in. Then you can go in again and cancel it. Seems to be a persistent VGC glitch.

Good luck. How many hours do you have? Their website has been crashing all day and the member services line has unbelievable waits if you are lucky to get in.
