Can't book my 2008 trip...system down

I was so excited last night when I got home and found out I could finally book our January 08 trip!! I couldn't do it last night since the kids were around and this is their Christmas present so I figured I'd do it today. Called & the CM couldn't find my room only ressie, put me on hold and said to try back in an hour. Just called back and the CM said they system is down due to enhancements and to call back later

We FINALLY have everything set and I can't do anything

Oh well, hopefully it will be up soon

I just called to add my AAA discount to my ressie for April & got the same message. CM said try back in a "few hours"!

I just called (1:04 pm central time) and cancelled my room only and booked my package w/dining. Everything went through just fine. Try calling back!!

I called 800-828-0228 and was on hold for about 5-6 minutes each time. Was able to book about and hr ago. Keep trying

Agggggh!!! I was talking to the CM, and got disconnected again!!! What do I do now-- do I call back, or will he get my number from my info and call back? Shoooooot!!!

I would try calling back. Depending on how far along you were in the booking they may call back?? I would just try again and pray you can complete the call this time!!

Thanks for posting that other number, I got in and got my AAA rate applied.

Almost changed it to WL for a rate of $212 per night, but stayed with POR

I had trouble getting thru and when I added dining to our Pop Century, the price went up $3500! After I got up off the floor I tried again and the system was down. So, I think something is wrong or at least I hope dining for two adults and a child for 5 days isnt $3500! I think the system is overloaded

Well, it must have been my lucky day then. It only cost me $429.85 for my dining for 2A/1C for 5 days
