cant book for 2008?

can anyone please tell me why i cant book anything for 2008?? everytime i go onto their website and try to check rates for jan or oct it keeps kicking me back to june of this year? how far in advance CAN you plan? i want to book a trip for this year and hubby is fighting me on it. he wants to go next year and i want to show him the rate difference between this year and next. if anybody can help me ...PLEASE!!!

Carolyn at Dreams Unlimited said the rates should be out this summer. We want to book for next August...but the rates aren't available yet.

I want to book for spring break in March of '08 and it won't let me do it either!

I haven't done it in awhile but you should be able to call CRO directly and book a 2008 room they will charge you the 2007 rack rate for 1 night and then bill you the difference when the 2008 rates come out.

Yup yup yup, just booked our 08 trip and it is just as PP said. Call CRO, or we went through AAA. They will make a room only reservation for your dates and charge you one night at the current rate, then adjust when the new rates are published.

I've been trying to get rates for January 2008 and finally found out directly from Disnay that nothing until the summer will be out. I always thought one could book earlier than about 6 months ahaed.

You can book earlier than 6 months out. I'm booked for June 2008. The rate will change but I have a reservation.

You can't however book packages yet. They don't come out until summer.

We are booked as well for June 25, 2008 thru July 5, 2008, for rooms only and when the package rates come out within the next couple months we will switch over...you just have to call directly to Disney.

interesting...will they give me quotes only? im trying to try for 3 different months next year with 6 people in 2 different rooms...thats why i like to go thru the website cuz i can play around with dates and stuff...just throwing a question out here..what monthe is best jan, may or oct?? i have 3 year old twins so i cant go when theres crowds or extreme heat..thanks.

Same thing kept happening to me. I called WDW in mid-May wanting to book a vacation for June 2008. I was told to call back in mid-August & I should be able to book by then.
