Cant book any reservations except arrival day

I am honestly fuming.

Logged on at 11am (UK Time - so 6am EST) and availability shows up to our last on site day - great. Won't let me book anything at all past our arrival day.
Dining lines aren't open. There was a perfect Storybook Dining I wanted and a Space 2020 lounge on 1st March which is exactly what i wanted - both seem to be gone now.

Everytime I click on anything it says 'time not available' or 'we are having technical difficulties'. It is letting us see availability on these dates just not book it.

Tried on laptop, Tried using a VPN and tried on 2 different phones with 2 different linked accounts.

38 minutes wait on the phone and unlikely that they will be able to help.

Tried everything.

The app shows our availability up until 3rd March. But won't let us book anything.

At first i thought it was just people booking up - but i tried a few other dates and restaurants and either 'time not available anymore' or 'technical error' comes up.

Try using multiple methods not just multiple devices, if you’re not successful using the app (which is common) try the website. If the website’s not working try it in another browser. Unfortunately Disney IT is garbage and you need to have fallback methods.

Sometimes everything just fails regardless. I had this exact same glitch happen trying to book a droid reservation once where it was acting like I wasn’t allowed to book past my arrival day and was still forced to call it in even after trying all of the above.

In the future though, best practice for ADR day is to have phones/tablets and computers ready, clear cache/cookies ahead of time. ime the app is the one that fails the most when booking on ADR day, I only ever use it to modify existing ADRs.

I did all the above. Tablet, app, laptop, two different accounts. Vpn. Had to call it in managed to get what we wanted but not the times we wanted.

Its just annoying
