Can't book ADRs?

I've been looking for reservations since 3 AM (I live in Oregon). I have tried 3 different computers, 4 different browsers, the app, incognito mode, everything. I can find times for our arrival day but nothing beyond that. I keep getting an error message that says they are "unable to check for availability at this time". This is for every restaurant on property.

That sounds like an IT issue. I'd call the main dining phone number and see if they can help. I had a split stay that they had to help with and got my access to the other days beyond my first night.

The after hours xmas party tickets for resort stays went on sale online this morning. They started messing with that page around 6am CT. I wonder if that was causing issues for ADRs too.

Didn't realize that. Glad I was on at 5 CT.

Having the exact same issue now for myself and a friend, we are staying at 2 different deluxe properties. Can both only see availability for the first day of our stay, other days are searchable but show zero availability at any restaurant both on app and website... Now what?!?

I was able to get all I wanted (Oga's and Prime Time) at 5 AM this morning except for 'Ohana. I used an incognito window on Chrome. If I went with a regular window I just kept getting error messages for things.

Hey what day did you get Oga's for? I tried on the 2nd and there was nothing through the 10th. Was there several res or like someone cancelled?

I booked back on my opening day (8/17) and was able to get 2 Ogas for 10/17 and 10/20. I've been watching every day for Ohana for 10/16 with no luck.

The only way I can do anything on the Disney website is to use an incognito window. If I use a regular window and try and click on anything (not just reservations but to even view a description of a restaurant or menu) I get an error. This has been happening since the beginning of August.

I was able to make mine on September 1st. I logged on a few minutes before 6am but had to wait. I couldn’t get the November calendar to come up. I finally figured out after a few tries that the only way I could book our days was check for availability on October 31, the day we check in, then tap on that calendar and then I could get November to come up. Thank goodness I was only planning on a couple ADR’s. As it is I only got one of them but it was the most important one. I was able to get 50’s Prime Time, which my husband really wanted for the 8 of us.

I ended up calling Disney Dining (407) 939-3463. They could see there was a problem but were not able to fix it themselves. They made some reservations for me then let the tech department know about my issue. I don't know what they did and it took a couple of days, but I can not make ADR's online.
