Currently my data is all sorted out, but I had this issue in fall 2023 when I was trying to book on my silver day. IT opened a ticket for me (I contacted them through the chat function, IIRC) and when I talked to the booking agent to book the cruise, she uncovered that though all my information looked correct on my end, their end had a lot of incorrect info, such as having the address and phone of my friend who’d been the lead guest on my previous room as *my* address and phone. I’d also gotten married and had a name change, which again I’d corrected what I could see but backend stuff needed to be corrected.
A few weeks after that, my actual previous cruise reservation numbers started showing on my
Castaway Club page, when previously it’d just shown that I was Silver with no past cruises listed. Ever since the past cruises appeared, I’ve been able to see (and book if I wanted, though now we use a TA) the cruises on my booking day.
So all that to say, if your past cruises don’t show on your Castaway page, then there may be incorrect info in your account on the back end. I’d suggest calling
DCL to ask what info they have, if you haven’t yet. I never did get any notice about my IT ticket being resolved, so I really think it was talking with the booking agent and getting my info corrected that fixed it.
