Can't bank points.... getting the dreaded dwarves

So frustrating. Can't call in because of long wait times, and can't do things online. Chat is down as well.

Other folks having issues? I've tried my phone and my computer. The problem is I need to bank so I can rebook. I don't want to lose my shot at the reservation I want, which is right at the 7 month mark.

I banked points in late October with no issue.

Try going in in a private window. It's a trick I learned here. I've had issues for the past week or so and I've been able to do what I want there in private window. Good luck!

I was able to bank my April Use Years points yesterday with no issues.

yes Im having the same issue. Also April UY member. I just got home from wdw and wanted to bank and couldn’t. I get the dwarfs too. I also can’t load my dashboard to cancel a few days in February and bank those too. I had no trouble getting into the system a few days ago. I’m going to give it a few days before calling. I’ve tried my iPhone, iPad and PC. I’ve dumped all history & cleared all cookies, I’ve also tried incognito too. So frustrating!

I gave up and called IT. It was a 3 minute wait. I chatted online with CM first who suggested it, they reopened my same ticket from 6 months ago. I seem to have an open ticket still, they confirmed I did everything possible and even IT couldn’t open my dashboard. Afterwards they recommended I talk to MS to take care of my cancel/modify/banking needs. They said no wait on the phone and they were right. Zero wait. Took an hour plus because my dashboard was slow for the CM too. They had to reallocate some points too. Normally I do all my own “housekeeping” but couldn’t without a working account.
