Can't access online check in - help!

Our cruise is now open to do online check in, but it won't allow me I can book in the princess meet and greets and character meals, Palo brunch (no availability there though ) and shore excursions, but whenever I click on the Online Check in link, it takes me to the My Reservations page. Am I missing something? Is it because I'm from Australia, or because I booked through an agent? I wanted to pre register the kids for the Oceaneers lab as well.

People have been having problems with this for the last few weeks. I would try again in about an hour or so and see if it works. It shouldn't make a difference if you book through a TA as you still do your own check in.

Okay thanks I had trouble with MDE when I was booking ADRs as well a few months back. I think Disney computers hate me

lol its not just you! Definitely try logging in and out a few times but lots of people have been saying they manage to sort it around the 8am UK time which is now so hopefully you will manage to get it to work soon.

Yay! I finally got it working when I got home from work All checked in and kids booked into the kids' club

I had the same problem on July 4th when I was checking in for my cruise. I was able to book my excursions at 11pm on 7/3 but like the OP every time I tried to check in it went to my reservations. I gave up and went to bed. The next morning I tried again and it went to Check In no problem. It was not too bad and I still got 1130a (the second time).
