Can't access AP site

I received my voucher in the mail and it keeps saying error when I try logging into the site...Is there not some way to log in before picking it up in Disney? It would be nice to know our offers before when get to Disney. Thanks
 
I have not been able to put my AP information in and I have the pass. I have matched the type and put the info in and it keeps telling my there is an error as well.

Having trouble with the AP site is part of the joy of being an AP holder! ;)

Eventually, you'll get in. But you'll try so many different ways (and so many times) that when you do get in, you won't remember how you did it. Happens to the best of us.

And don't forget your password! Stupid passwords.

You can download the Mickey Monitor, if you are one of the many who don't seem to get it in the mail.

You can see the current passholder discounts, news, offers and perks.

You can renew online.

There is a section called "Passholder Community". Sounds like it would be a forum site for passholders, but it isn't. It's a bunch of blurbs from "passholders" about Toy Story Mania.

I see they added a "card type" for a KTTW-style card, since you can now get a (new) AP at the resorts.

I find it the easiest place to check hotel rates and availability for AP prices. I can bounce around checking Poly rate, AKL rate, POR rate, etc.

I renew my pass there and review discount info.

Last week, I booked my MNSSHP discount tickets there. It's not a big savings, but what the hell. If I can save a couple dollars, woo-hoo for me. Ben Franklin would be proud. :)
 
I have the premier annual pass (good at both WDW and DL) and after reading on DIS, I too had trouble with getting my pass registered on the WDW site. No problem on the DL site.

So I called the help desk folks (can't remember the number now, but I can look later) and with in about 5 mins the very nice CM - who know exactly what she was doing - had my pass registered.

I can now access both Passholder sites - DL and WDW.

So you may want to call to see if they can fix it for you. The CM told me the the software is temperamental and sometimes it likes all of the numbers and other times it doesn't. She tried entering my number two different ways and the second try worked.
 
I'd like to piggy back on here with the same questions. I have our certificates that start with (I think) CSA. I can put all the info in, but I have no idea what the other numbers are that its looking for :confused3
 
I just dealt with registering my e-certificates last week. You have to call though it cannot be done online. I finally got it done, after 15 minutes and being put on hold several times, and being told several times there was no way to do it. It can be done!!
I was insistant and asked to speak to the supervisor. The CM actually refused to transfer me to someone else but did put me on hold and I guess found the answer and did it for me.

I tried to access the PH section and cannot get in this morning, however I was able to get in all weekend. (was trying to price out 2 quick-2 day trips
during F&W & Xmas season)

Also as a side note, there are MANY bugs in the Disney website, so if you cannot do something, like log in, make ADR, check your reservation, etc, just keep on trying! Do not give up!
