Can't access AP site

We recently purchased AP passes, which we activated on our trip last week! I have found the passholder's site, and every time I enter my info, the screen just comes back as if I hadn't entered any #s. Please help! Thanks!

i just purchased AP vouchers at the disney store and im having the same problem with the website.. i have tried every number confirmation known to man, and it just goes back as if i had put nothing in. i give up
