Can'r log on to Ap site

I have been an AP holder for years and have always had problems logging on. It keeps telling me I have entered an invalid number. Of course, I'm trying to get a quote for a Friday and Saturday night stay that I can't seem to get by calling. Just venting a little here.
Anyone have any idea who to contact or call to fix this problem?
