Canon S5is vs. CanonSX10is ???

looking for an intelligent point and shoot for advanced users for those times when I don't want to lug all the gear everyhere I go. Was wondering what you all think of Canon s5is vs. CanonSX10is. Any input from users? It struck me that the sx10is is a newer model, and has 10mp vs 8 also one of them has 12x zoom and the other is 10x. Any comments on these 2?

The Canon SX10 actually has 20x zoom,
It has a more features than the older S5 but not enough for me to upgrade. You can check out the comments in the Canon forum (photography-on-the.net) and the comments on dpreview.com. (mostly positive)
I think superzooms are a good alternative to dSLRs if you don't want to carry around a backpack of lens (but they are not pocket size)
