Hi! I have a question and I know you guys are the one to help me. When taking pictures of the fireworks and shows at night what setting should I have my camera on to get the best pictures. :confused3

Thanks

There's a sticky at the top of this board "How to take fireworks pictures". That should answer your question.

Thank you, but the sticky really didn't tell me what setting to put my camera on. I don't have any of those settings.

I know for sure that your camera has a "landscape" setting (the one with the icon of Mountain and cloud over it). I'm not sure whether it has "Fireworks Scene" (usualy to get to fireworks scene is to rotate the dial to SCN and from the menu you choose fireworks)

I checked Canon website. Your camera has both landscape mode AND 14 different scenes including "snow" and "fireworks".
