HELP. Less then 24 hours till we get on the plane. Can't locate the memory card I THOUGHT I had. Can't locate ANY paperwork except the user guide which does NOT say what KIND of memory card to buy.

So, when I go to Walmart WHAT DO I BUY??? I want a lot of memory, as I'll be on the Disney Magic and I don't want to have to be in the photo shop (Shutters) having them download to disk every day. (No, no laptop/computer going with on the cruise). The only memory card I currently have is the one that came with the camera and only holds 14 pictures. The photo lady at Walmart had a book that only listed A530 and A540 models (which would take an 'SD' card) and I didn't want to assume that would be correct for my model

I figured I can get every other question answered on the DIS....so here I am.

The A520 takes the SD card.

DANG! That was fast! Thanks MUCHO. (Now if the package only are CLEAR about which has the most memory.....I really have to step into the 21st century and learn to interpret all this 'pixel' stuff!)

OfficeMax as a special on the SanDisk 1GB SD card, $19.98 after instant savings. I'm not sure if this is an online special only but if you have an OfficeMax in your area you might want to check it out. All of my memory cards are SanDisk brand. If I were you I would pick up a second card as a backup, you never know when something unexpected could happen to your SD card and if it's you're one and only card, you won't be happy.
