My father is intolerant to canola oil. We live in Canada, and most of our fast food restaurants use canola oil for frying french fries, etc. (since it is a "heart healthy" oil). Also, many breads, buns, etc. contain canola oil here (or list "soybean and/or canola oil" in the ingredients). Does anyone know what type of oil WDW uses for french fries, etc? What about bread products like hamburger buns?

They do seem to use a lot of canola oil. Often they use a blend of vegetable oils which includes canola and soy among others. We have to avoid soy among other things for our food allergies and generally the allergy free fries and such are cooked in canola oil. Our kids can't eat the buns for other reasons so not sure about those.
