I have been waiting three months to tell the kids. Only a little more then a week to go! 
We are going in February but since it is a Christmas present we will tell them Christmas morning. I am planning a treasure hunt. They will get a wrapped package with a note inside and a hint to find the first clue and a hint to find the next clue and so on. My hints will be a photo of their friend which should totally confuse them until they find out later the friend is going too, a toy car since we are driving, then an orange, then a toy mickey mouse. Then they get WDW t-shirts a friend picked up for me this fall. I think my older son will have it figured out before he gets to the t-shirt but you never know. I am trying to think of some good places to hide clues. We have a foot of snow on the ground so making them go outside would certainly add some time to the hunt LOL!
