Cannot login to redeem my GADGAD vouchers

We are leaving in 36 hours and I cannot get logged into the manage account to print out my vouchers. I tried at work, am trying at home,, it freezes up. What am I going to do??
Is there a number to call?
I am guessing without them it is too bad right?
I am beyond freaking out right now,,

First...relax...chill... :)

Second, you don't actually NEED the voucher. The CM at Will Call should be able to call up your information in the computer so long as you have your ID and it matches the info in the computer.

Also, just try again in the morning. Disney's computers aren't exactly known for their uptime :)

but is that actually managed by Disney? I put in a contact request but it says it could take up to 5 days to reply,, not helping. Also the FAQ on the GADGAD info page says you HAVE to have a printed voucher,, of course this makes life much easier if you do I am sure but I would HATE to get up there and no dice just cause of their stupid site.
 
There is a contact form you can use (which may be the one you already did). I believe there is a number as well, but I can't find it right now. If you call the main number and ask to be connected to the Give-a-Day support center, they can probably get you through.

Disney does run the GAD program itself. The volunteering side was run by Hands-On.
 

I actually called Disney Technial support,, they do NOT adminster that part of the site,,and the guy I talked to didn't know who did but told me I had to use the contact form,, that will be great if I get a reply tomorrow,, otherwise not so much so!
My type A personality is not happy about this. I was on the site maybe a week ago but didn't finish the voucher redeem/print part,, just checked the FAQ on something and got to the manage account part but stopped.
 
I wouldn't call tech support at all. A lot of the IT stuff is outsourced, but you don't want to talk to the techs, you want to talk to the program CMs.

THEY can tell you what your options are. They have access to all the records on volunteering, etc.
