Cannot Log On - What Happened?

I was about to reply to cruise meet thread - July 2nd. 2005 - keeps telling me I am not logged on - cannot reply? Is there a problem or is it me?

I asked to have the password sent to my email - even though I know it - have yet to receive it.

Yes, I have been on this for I don't know how long - it;s tells me thanks for logging in AnnaS and now you will be redirected but nothing happens. I have also asked to have my password mailed to my screen name even though I know it's right and I have yet to receive it.

This happened once before and it took days for Kathy X (?) to fix it. I am leaving friday for my cruise and cannot get back to my thread

I have since deleted cookies and cleared cache - nothing yet - did receive automated email and could also not get to pages linked.

Thanks Kaylee - will be leaving for work soon - was hoping to post on cruise thread - I hope Kathy can help me again.

I'm not really sure what is happening, but I know it did happen to me once when I used someone elses PC and I didn't have it remember who I was.

If you have a firewall, shut it off for a minute and see if that lets you through.

Back from my cruise. Never was able to post or receive any kind of help from board. I had also sent Kathy an email. She helped me once before (11/04). Still cannot log on??????? What are my other options beside re-registering? They are not sending me my password or userid to my email address yet I received an email if I want to still sponsor. Something is not going through somewhere. Not being computer literate - I guess does not help.

AnnaS- When you had trouble before, was it because you were running Norton Internet Security on your computer?

It seems like I remember that you had some kind of security settings on your PC that were causing the trouble. (I could be wrong, but that seems familiar.)
