Cannot Decide At Epcot

They use bettwr quality fish at the rose and crown pub than they do at the take away counter. I don't remember the difference though.

When we were at Rose and Crown they did say the fish is different in the restaurant. We really enjoy Rose and Crown. Also Via Napoli.

Hmm that is a hard decision! Via Napoli does have delicious pizza, but I also enjoyed my 3-course meal at Chefs de France. I would probably say Via Napoli for the quality and freshness. Chefs de France was also very noisy (Via Napoli is not silent, but definitely not as bad).

Are you on a Dining Plan? If so, Via Napoli would use one of each persons credits if you're not going to pay OOP.

We are on the dining plan but using a credit per person is what we planned on

IDK if you're trying to "maximize" credits, but on average a TS meal credit is worth about $39 per person. If you decided as a family of 3 (guessing by OP) to order one large or mezzo metro pizza for $30 - $45, you would essentially be overusing about $30-50 ($117, less 3 drinks and 3 desserts, probably no more than $40) if you all decided to order a drink and full dessert. Just some food for thought if you wanted to just spend OOP on this meal and buy 1 pizza and no desserts and use the credit on something else (you mentioned Le Cellier which would use two credits).

I've been to all three but have only had soup & an app at Chefs & pizza at Via Napoli.

I am one of the few who was underwhelmed by the pizza at Via Napoli. Both times, mine was burnt tasting on the bottom & I am not into that. If I give it another try, maybe I should ask for it to not be burnt on the bottom?

The french onion soup I had at Chefs was just alright & that was what I was most excited to try. The A la flamme Alsacienne (flatbread with crème fraîche, onion and bacon) was soggy/greasy but tasted pretty good. I'd opt for the QS instead at France.

I am a fan of Rose & Crown & have had almost every entree on the menu. I think it's a combination of good food, atmosphere & service for me. If all you want is fish & chips, be forewarned it is a much larger portion than outside at the window but the quality is a little better inside. The burger is pretty good & so is the shepherd's pie. I also like the cheese plate app & potato leek soup & haven't been disappointed with their desserts yet. Also, if you're going on a Sunday, they started offering a Sunday-only roast entree which I would love to try. They used to serve a beef casserole which I had once & loved it!

Thanks. I'm not overly concerned about maximizing credits... I just don't want to leave any behind.... like we seem to do every trip. We just want to try as many new places as we can.

Then I would choose Via Napoli :)

I've been underwhelmed by R&C the last few times and, to your point, can get a fish & chips fix at the window. I love Via and the pizza. It's pretty casual, dining room can get loud, but oh that pizza!! Another plus here is ability to share. I like Chefs as well - a little more formal (but still theme park). Maybe more a question of what menu appeals more. Have fun!!
