Cannot check in online - now what?

I have been trying since midnight eastern time to check in, and I am unable to complete the process. I have tried different browsers, private windows, app, and website. I have turned off computer and phone and tried again many times, but I keep getting the infinite blue circle. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Wow it finally started working. Done! Got 11:30 arrival time and boarding group 7. Looked like many must not have gotten through yet.

That is great! I also was finally able to finish, and we are in boarding group 6 with 11:15 arrival time (which is much earlier than I expected.). Glad we are both done with this!

Was having the same problem, but then I saw in a blog that it is midnight in the time zone that your cruise leaves from, so if in TX, it would be midnight Central time, in California, Pacific, and from the East coast of the US, Eastern time, etc.

That is not accurate. Or cruise is leaving from Galveston and we checked in at 11 cst.

So you tried at Midnight EASTERN time? I am in Central time, so I guess I can start trying at 11 my time?? How frustrating . . .

Not true. It’s Midnight est for all. I had started with no issue then it all froze up basically for like 40 mins couldn't do anything.
