Cannot check-in online for 3 days now

Has anyone else tried to do online check-in recently? It's never been a problem before. I get a blank screen and eventually Goofy "We encountered an error. Please try again". This has been going on since Saturday.
More stellar HP IT.

If you're using MDE, try using a computer - if on a computer, try using MDE or a different browser.

I have had no luck using the website UNLESS I use incognito mode in Chrome, then it works. The app also works for me.
