Cannot buy DLR tickets on website today

It must be a glitch, but I have tried to purchase 2 tickets to DLR for this weekend, and every time I try (5 times now), I see a message saying some necessary information is missing (it is not). But Disney charges my credit card and then immediate does a refund.

anyone else having a problem?

I had this issue and called them.
I was told that EVERYTHING had to be exact match to your bill.
So if you put in 123 park lane and your bill is 123 PARK LANE - it won't accept it.
Every capital letter, every punctuation - has to be the same.
I ended up using the app on my phone - put in everythin as was on my bill (which happened to be everything was in caps), and it worked!

Tried everything--Signed in to my account, added the current cc, and tried again--still no luck. Even tried changing browser from Chrome to IE. Not looking forward to waiting in line on Saturday at noon to buy my tickets.

You could always pop into the lobby of one of the good neighbor hotels and get your tix at their Disney desk. We did last week and each got a souvenir pixarfest lanyard and Cars collector pin. Took 2 minutes
