Cannot book online

I don't know if I'm the only one or not because I haven't seen anyone posting, but I cannot get anywhere with the online booking system. I keep getting server errors.

Contacted member services and still haven't been fixed, and I'm fine booking by phone, it's just that I would like to know if there's others having the same problem. You know the saying "misery loves company".

Mods can move this if this is the wrong place to post.
 
No, i have the same problem. I can look up availability, but when i want to book i keep getting server error. Every. Single. Time.
Wether it's morning, noon, evening or night. It's frustrating, especially since I live overseas and making a phone call is not always as easy.
Contacted ms about it but it's not fixed yet.

I could'nt make a waitlist either. I kept getting errors unless the guest address was a usa address. Not sure if that part is fixed yet because i havent tried it anymore.
 
Oh and i think it must be account related because i get the same errors on all my devices (pc, mac, iphone, ipad) all browsers ( safari, ie, ff, chrome) and all locations (work and home)

And yes, i have cleared my cookies and browing history.
 
I haven't had that problem, but my father has. He can't access the booking site from any of his devices either.

By chance are you trying to book a night that includes Sept 1st?

I was trying to book SSR for 8/25-9/1/12, and it shows me availability but I need to borrow 11 points but when I click the borrow points button it's telling me I need -73 points and in the box where it says to fill in the # of points being borrowed, it will not allow me to do this. However when I wait-listed BLT for the same dates a few days ago I had no problem in doing that. Could the wait-listed ressie be conflicting with me trying to make a new reservation? I guess I will have to call MS. :confused3

The cross over to Sept 1st has been reported by a few people as causing difficulties for members in booking. I looked at also and got an error. It sounds like it has not been fixed and you will have to call MS to book.
 
I can't book anything. I've tried various dates at different resorts. I can see availability, and then when I select which contract to use I get a blank screen with an error. I've tried 4 different browsers on 3 different devices with no luck. I mentioned this to MS when I called yesterday to book over the phone and they said "they will look into it".
 
Got an email that my problem was fixed and, lo and behold, I can get into the system now!

The booking window hasn't opened yet for what I need to book, but I can at least get an idea points-wise.
