Canes & portable chairs allowed ?

My sister & Brother in law have a hard time getting around, are canes & portable cane/chair allowed in the parks ?

Canes yes. Portable chairs, no.

I assume you are asking about the canes that also open out into a seat with tripod legs. Those are allowed in the parks for use as a cane; however it may not be allowed for use as a seat. As PP mentions, folding seats are not allowed. If your relatives would like to be assured of a place to sit when necessary, the recommendation of a rollator (walker with a seat) is probably best.
