Candy Cane shuttle ride to entrance

Questions:

When you get on the CCI shuttle, do you have to ride on it for awhile down Harbor street so it can turn around and head back towards the DL entrance? I guess I'm wondering how long you ride the shuttle to the DL entrance, being that CCI and DL are on the same side of the street, but the traffic direction is away from the entrance.

Would you recommend walking the DL entrance instead of using the shuttle?

The shuttle makes a u-turn on Katella, so you get to the DL entrance quickly. The walk is not bad either. I usually walked unless the shuttle was right there waiting for me.

It's a very short ride. The walk isn't bad either. However, if the shuttle is there and ready to leave, it will get you there faster.

I totally agree...very short ride and a very easy walk. We only took the shuttle once because it was sitting there and about to leave as we headed home from the park...

Thank you everyone. We'll take your advise, and walk to the parks instead of waiting.

It will be nice to have the shuttle deliver us right back to the motel entrance after a big day at the parks.

The shuttle leaves every half hour so if you plan right, its no problem to ride. I figured I was doing enough walking in the park so I might as well get there the easy way! Very short ride, less than five minutes to get you there.
