Candy Cane Inn vs Park Vue Inn

We are trying to decide between the Candy Cane Inn and the Park Vue Inn. We have stayed at the Park Vue Inn but it has been 5 years so it looks like they have remodeled since our last visit. We will be needing to rooms - my parents will also be coming and my two teenagers. Walking is an issue for my parents, so the shorter the distance the better. I do see that the candy cane inn has a shuttle so that might be a good option for them. Only a $10 a night difference. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

CCI! This would be our first choice, no question. The shuttle is great, has friendly drivers, and runs on time. The rooms are clean, the management is wonderful, customer service is great.

CCI! To be fair never stayed at Park Vue. CCI has been my go to hotel for many years. ITA with everything the above poster said. I LOVE the super soft beds along with the great showers. Lol, I live about 45 mutes away from DL and maybe the water pressure is better there (or the shower head is much fancier ) but the water sure comes out a whole lot better at CCI. I do rely o the shuttle as I need to limit walking, it has always been on time, courteous drivers. My only "complaint" I the shuttle drop off and pick up is #13 which is all the way at the end (closest to Harbor). However sometimes when there is no bus behind the driver will stop right up front for drop off. Other CCI+'s for me is the hotel is completely smoke free and at checkout you are awarded a $10 coupon off each night on a subsequent stay. This is valid for a year after checkout. Have an awesome trip
