I also did one for conference I was working. What a showstopper! I worked with one of our local candy stores (local business) and she provided all the glassware, scoops and bags (along with our logo on the outside of the bag) for our event. In addition, she gave me table decorations and a discount on the candy I ordered through her. Our booth was adorable. We expected 300 people at our event and all of that cost us around $400. I would start with a local business owner (I love supporting local businesses). They usually want the exposure and the owner I worked with was willing to throw in all the freebees!
