candles at the old mercado

Years ago, in the Mercado shopping centre, (that is sadly no more), there was a candle shop where you could watch the most elaborate candles being dipped and carved. I cannot remember what it was called. Does anyone know if/ where this has moved to? It was fascinating!

Hi, its quite annoying as I know exactly which one you mean but can't think of the name, prehapes someone else will be able to but I do believe there is one (or similar) at Old Town in Kissimee.

I can't remember the name of the shop, but I do have 2 of their candles that I've never used as they are too beautiful.
Its such a shame the mercado shut down as I've had some beautiful things from there. There was a shop which sold Bradford Exchange Disney plates, which started my collection. Unfortunately I had to complete both collections by buying from ebay when the mercado closed.

Yes there is one at Old Town, you can watch them dipping the candles, another place is the Flea Market on the 192 highway, there are a couple of places in there that do these candles and you can watch them dip and carve them too. It's easy to find, next to the Nike Outlet I think.

I remember the shop too, it was good to watch and lovely candles, yeah, i loved the Mercado centre. I used to collect Coca-Cola memorbilia too and there was a also a great shop for that too. and the little English pub was cool
