can I make my dining reservation 180 days out then change it to the processional package when they come out?

Of course you can make any ADR at 180 days...However that does not mean you can automatically convert the ADR to the package....You will have to call when the packages go on sale, book your new ADR and cancel the first one...This way you are sure to have a place to eat but your package is not for sure until they go on sale...They hold tables for the package so they all don't go at the 180 mark.
