In your opinion, where would be the best place to see the processional without actually being right there. For instance, at a restaurant around the area, and would it be a good place to see illuminations after the processional? And do these restarurants need AS?

You can't see the processional from anywhere else except for inside the American Gardens Theatre. You can hear the processional if you are standing outside or in the area. I would make an ADR (advance dining reservation) if you are planning on eating in the world showcase. Some of them fill up very fast because of the candlelight package.

You might be able to see some of the Candlelight Processional from the American Pavillon across from the theater depending on the crowds. You can hear parts of it from all over the park though.
