Will it be worth it to get the CP dinner package? 2 adults and I love charector dining! We are thinking of garden grill for dinner. Regular price is $24.99, CP price is $31.99. is the additional $7 pp just to get a reserved seat for CP or am i missing something? And do CP packages offer a choice of reserved seating for each show or do you have to go to the first show like Fantasmic Dinner Packages?
Thanks

Depending on the date you want to go, paying $7 may be worth it just to keep from standing in the stand-by line. There are times when the lines start forming at 2:00 for the first show. In these cases, it is very possible to not get to see it.

You will pick the show time you want to go to and then get your dinner seating accordingly.

Gratuity is included with the CP package so you're only paying $2-$3 extra.

I found the prices for the Dinner Pkg. (Tier 1 @ $30.99, Tier 2 @ $38.99 & Tier 3 @ $45.99), with various restaurants offered. I have a couple of questions for all of you savy EPCOT Restaurant diners..
1) Which Rest. would you recommend Garden Grill, Biergarten, (Tier 1)
Rose & Crown (Tier 2)
OR Le Cellier, Chefs de France, Mitsukoshi (we love Sushi) or Coral
Reef (Tier 3)
2) Do the Restaurants offer special menus for the Dinner Pkg. or can you
order from the Regular Menu????

DH & I will be celebrating our 25th @ WDW/Hilton from 12/18 to 12/25/05.
Aby help you can offer would be greatly appreciated. :cool1: :earboy2: :earsgirl:

The price includes both gratuity and a non-alchoholic beverage which is not included in the base price. It seems you pretty much break even; it's really not an extra charge.

OOPS! Garden Grill does include non-alchohol drinks in the base price. The tip is still incuded in the CP package. You could consider yourself a good tipper:)

Thanks for the tip info. That has definately made up my mind. We like to tip well and the extra $ for the package are definately justified, now that i know that. I just have to pick my date(s) and hope that there are still some openings.

Doesnt the package include both tax and tip? in that case it more or less wokrs out even. I think maybe you will pay about $.50 more for the package than to eat there not on the package.
