Candlelight Processional Question

Does anyone know if the menus at the restaurants differ if you book a package? Do they allow you to pick off the normal menu or is there a special course or dining selection you have to pick from? I've seen some restaurants have prix fix so I'm just curious if they limit you to that where/when they can. My Dad has his heart set on a specific meal and I'd hate to book there just for him to find out he cant have it.

I don't know the answer about the Candlelight Processional but I will mention that the menus do change, and there's no guarantee your father will be able to get that specific meal at any time.
