If you do the dinner package, how does the menu work? Is it prix fixe or do you order off the menu for the restaurant? Trying to make this as appealing as possible when I pitch it to DH as one of our "grown-up" nights out. 
He really wants to try Chefs de France this year so we would probably eat there. Just wondering if he can get anything he wants there or if our choices would be limited.
