Unfortunately not. A regular ADR and a package ADR are completely different, so you'd have to cancel one to get the other.

@Banana Pancakes You can use your DDP credits, but last year it was 2 credits per meal. Not sure what they are planning this year, but will probably be the same.

Is it true that if you don't get the dinner package you may not get in at all?

This can happen if the narrator is really popular. The later shows (6:45pm and 8:15pm) shows tend to be more popular. If doing the standby line, I'd arrive at least 1hr early (much earlier if it's a really popular narrator like Neil Patrick Harris) and go to the first show of the day.

IDK, but last year, people were lined up for hours beforehand...meals can get pricey, but so can spending hours in line.
