Will I be able to book the Candlelight processional package when I do my ADR's at 180 days? Same question for the Fantasmic package?

Thanks!

Not sure since the 180 days rule wasn't in effect last Christmas...best bet would be to call WDW dining and just ask now...they will be able to tell you.

I'm thinking that they will come out before 180 days. Last year they came out in August and that's when they were still on 90 days. I would think they would want the CP booked before other 180 ADRs. ?? I'm only guessing though, but trying to figure this out myself.

I booked the CP for my parents at the end of July/beginning of August for December of 2005. When we went in December of 2006, school had started. I was sitting on the curb outside the school I teach in trying to get a signal on my cell phone...................Won't ever forget the looks of people driving by. It was a wonderful experience. Keep watching the boards. I got my information here and booked it the first day both year.

We did order off the regular menu.

App.
Entree
Dessert
Non-Alcohol drink

Ate at Le Cellier and it was wonderful. Package is divided into three tiers with different restaurants in each $ tier.

For 2005, the Candlelight Processional Dinner Package was available to be booked starting August 15, 2005.

We did the Candlelight Processional. We ate at Marakesh restaurant. The server saw the ticket for the processional meal and said we could order anything off the menu but did make a recomendation and said about the 2 combo meals which basically was a sample of the all the dishes off the menu. Which would have cost us about $75.00 not bad almost the cost of the package. That price didnt include sodas tax or tips which was also included on the processional package.

Unless they change it this year they have always come out with the package sometime in August. If you do the DDP you can also use that to pay for it.

If you think about it logically, they will almost have to release the packages more than 180 days out. If at 180 days, everyone starts making AR's, then if the packages didn't come out until August, chances are some restaurants coud be booked already. Unless they hold a certain number for the package.

For example, I can make my AR's for my Oct. trip in mid-April. If I go ahead and make a 5:30 AR at LTT for a predicted MNSSHP night, I'll have my AR before the nights are announced. Then when tickets go on sale for MNSSHP, if it's in May like last year, it is POSSIBLE that when people buy their tickets and try to book LTT, there won't be much to choose from. Does that make sense? So, I think the same would have to be true for CP.

Those are my thoughts too with the new 180 days. I think they will release them earlier than last year...perhaps May. Let's hope WDW thinks the same way or it could be more difficult to buy a package.
