Candlelight Processional Lunch Question

Quick question about the menu choices.

We have a lunch reservation for Chefs de France and the Candlelight Processional.

I have read that the price includes appetizer, entree and dessert.

Does anyone know if they let you substitute a soup or salad for the appetizer?

The soups (Cheese soup and onion soup) are on the appetizer list already. I'm not sure about the salad though. On their fixed menu, mixed field greens are an option, so perhaps you can get that. Otherwise the only other salads on the menu I see for lunch are entree salads.
