Candlelight Processional late show, then Illuminations?

For anyone who has been in years past to the 8:15, or last show of the evening, do you still get to see Illuminations at 9:30 afterward? Will we have to dart out of the theater to get a good viewing spot? What is the runtime of CP? We'll be there Dec 12-18 on a non EMH evening, so crowds should be light.

1- Yes.
That's even the reason why they move IllumiNations to 9:30 on CP nights.

2- Not really.

3- The CP only runs about 45 minutes in length.
