I was not allowed to use it during the CP dinner for the wine we had! Should I have asked for a manager? Wow!

I know that one year at Coral Reef our waiter first told us no and I think he did check with the manager when I questioned why it couldn't be done. I did acknowledge that I wasn't asking for it off the package - just the alcohol. That time they rang up the alcohol on a ticket separate from the CP. I haven't had difficulties any other times (and don't recall if we've gotten separate tickets either) but if you are denied again by a waiter then I think you should ask for a manager.

The on line reservations did not work for me yesterday, but the phone call went through immediately. I was very surprised. Got what I wanted, middle show, Chef de France, December 19!

Just fyi, I was just checking, Teppan Edo is available on the 15th for both the 6:45 and the 8:15 show online. That's the date and restaurant we're going to and I was just curious if it was sold out for that time slot already, and both of them popped up.

Both restaurants in Italy have availability that day too.

I called a few times yesterday and once this morning. Again, the availability seems to be constantly changing.

During my recent calls, Chefs de France, Coral Reef, Garden Grill, La Hacienda de San Angel, Nine Dragons, Rose & Crown, San Angel Inn and Tokyo Dining were available for the 8:15pm performance, either Sunday, December 15th or Monday, December 16th. Prior to my calls yesterday, Coral Reef, Garden Grill and Tokyo Dining had not been an option.

Even when my calls are placed within minutes of each other, availability is vastly different.

I just do not understand it.

You did better then me. It shows me that nothing is available ever... (And I have have a hard time believing the Disney picky eaters have taken all the Morocco reservations for December )

Last year we checked every day for the candlelight processional reservation that we wanted. Then one day, like magic a whole bunch of times were available! Either some people are booking multiple reservations until they make up their minds, or Disney is holding on to some and then releasing them later? We just decided to go for Christmas yesterday and I was able to book Tutto Italia for the 8:15 pm show at 4:45pm on Christmas day! Last year we had La Hacienda for that time on Christmas day but couldn't go to the show because my daughter woke up on Christmas Eve with 103 fever! I am hoping for better health this year

Sigourney Weaver has been added to the 2013 Epcot Candlelight Processional lineup!

I've probably called two dozen times with the hope of getting a Via Napoli reservation for an 8:15pm narration with James Denton.

Now, I am going to have to start all over again to hear Sigourney Weaver.

Yes you can absolutely use it on anything you purchase outside of the package. We usually have drinks and will use it for that.

I am so excited for Sigourney Weaver. DH and I are huge Sci-Fi nerds and I was a little bummed that I couldn't see Admiral Adama (Edward James Olmos), but Ripley (Sigourney Weaver) is pretty awesome too!!!

Yes, you can use 2 TS credits for it. However, last year when we went to La Hacienda, they only used 1 TS credit. I hope that happens again this year because I hate spending 2 TS credits for a normally 1 TS credit meal.

You do get an appetizer included. I'm not saying the appetizer is worth a whole credit, just saying.

My daughter is a cast member singing in the 2013 Candlelight Processional on Dec. 3. We have already made travel arrangements to be there that evening, and found out today that all of the reservations for that date are sold out. Any suggestions on how we might find 2 reservations to be able to have seating for one of the performances? I will continue to call Disney Dining to see if there have been any cancellations, but didn't know if there was another way to make reservations or find "stickers" for sale.
She will be getting married in the spring and moving, so this will be the only chance we can see her in this role. Worst case scenario is that we will wait in the "stand-by" section and keep our fingers crossed.

Keep trying, but if you can't get the package, do try for the early show (if she's in it!) in the stand by line. I've had the most success getting into that one.

Thanks,bobbiwoz. I think people that have reservations whose plans have changed will start to cancel them to avoid the charge to their credit card, and I've been checking every day for cancellations. I was able to get one dinner at Biergarten and one at Restaurant Marrakesh, so even though we won't eat together, we each will have a ticket for the 6:45 performance. I'll continue to check to see if we can find two together and if so, will cancel the reservations I have. (What we parents will do for our children...even if they are "grown up"!).
