Candlelight Processional - do you have to let them know?

I've got a dinner package booked for the Candlelight Processional already, but we've since added the DDP for 2 of us. Do I need to call the Dining line and tell them before the trip, or can I just let them know at the restaurant?

We're a party of 4, 2 will be on the DDP and 2 will not.

Let them know when you get there which of you is paying with DDP and which of you are not.

If the DDP users are on basic dining, they won't get an appetizer included with the package. The OOP customers will get one. (This is not relevant if you've booked a buffet)

One related question..... there's a chance that one person will not be able to join us. I'm assuming that we WILL have to call to cancel someone from our package, right? Can you tell me how much notice we have to give if we just need to cancel one person?

I don't know the cancellation deadline or fee - although I know there is a no-show fee - I haven't actually booked one of these packages in years.

I booked the CP package for 4 at Tutto for my DM, DB, DS and her boyfriend who wasn't sure if he was going to make the trip. When I made the ressie, I asked if going from 4 to 3 would be a problem. The reservation agent told me as long as I took him off the reservation within 24 hours of the actual reservation time, I would not be charged. The moment I found out that he wasn't going I took him off so I wouldn't forget.

As I'm sure you're aware, this package does require a credit card hold. When I made my reservation, I was told (and your CM should have told you) I would be charged for any no shows if not cancelled within the 24 hour reservation window. She did not mention any lower "no show fee", so I assume a no show is charged full price but am not 100% on that.

Enjoy the CP. I've never done it, and am soooo jealous that some of my family members are doing it without me.
